• An empirical study of term indexing in the Darwin implementation of the Model Evolution Calculus. A class project, with Guarionex Jordan, implementing discrimination tree term indexing in a theorem prover and comparing its performance with that of the existing substitution tree term indexing. The report may be found here.
• An implementation applying various constraint satisfaction techniques to discovery of candidate unifiers in the Darwin prover.
• A Satisfiability Modulo Theories Library (SMT-LIB) parser in C++.  
• A Sequential Minimization Optimization (SMO) trainer in Java for a Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifying the forest cover types found in the University of Southern California Knowledge Discovery Database Forest Cover Type database.
• A study comparing ease of use of electronic and printed reference materials.
