Computational Geometry Internet Resources
- Joseph O'Rourke.
Contains pointers to a list of errors in our text
and to C code listed in the text.
- Computational
geometry course, Brown University.
Here is how others have taught computational geometry.
This page contains syllabus, some lecture notes, some papers, and code
for some demos.
- Applications of
computational geometry.
This page, maintained by David Eppstein at University of California,
Irvine, is a wonderful resource!
It describes applications of concepts from computational
geometry to real world problems in astronomy, chemistry,
biology, and in various areas of computer science.
It even lists occurances of Voronoi diagrams in nature!
- Computational
geometry tidbits.
This page, also maintained by David Eppstein, contains a collection of usenet
clippings, web pointers, lecture notes, research excerpts, open problems,
and other stuff related to computational geometry.
- The Geometry Center,
University of Minnesota.
The Geometry Center is mainly concerned with visualization of mathematics,
but has contains some information of interest to computational geometers.
For example, it contains formulas for 2-dimensional geometry and
useful downloadable computational geometry software.
