Welcome to the webpage of Matt Gibson.

I am a PhD student in computer science at the University of Iowa.  My advisor is Kasturi Varadarajan.  I have been a PhD student since the fall of 2006.

My research areas are theoretical computer science in general; more specifically computational geometry and computational game theory.  I am also interested in the design and implementation of practical heuristics.  I participate in the Algorithms Reading Group.
