I'm currently a 22-year old computer science student at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA. I am in my 4th year of a 5 year BS/MCS program and will be graduating in May 2009. I was born in Denver, Colorado but ended up in Iowa when I was 6 years old after stops in Hawaii, California, and Mexico. I've lived in Iowa ever since then, but my wife and I hope to end back up in Colorado so we can take part in two of our favorite things: Snowboarding and watching the Broncos. I enjoy sports, music, computers, and books among others things, and here are some examples and details of what I like. Sports: I'm a huge fan of the Denver Broncos and the NFL in general, even creating my own website about it. I also enjoy rooting for the Milwaukee Brewers (MLB), Milwaukee Bucks (NBA), AIK Solna (Swedish Soccer team), and the Iowa Hawkeyes and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at the collegiate level. Music: I listen to everything except for pop and most rap (I like Mos Def and Fort Minor...not much else), but I have a definite leaning toward Rock, especially 90s rock. My favorite bands are The Offspring, Bloc Party, Collective Soul, Brand New, Better Than Ezra, and Pearl Jam. You can check out my Pandora station here. Books: I'm not sure exactly what kind of books are my favorite, but here are 3 I have really enjoyed: Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy by J.R.R.
