Tentatively:
- Students: Dinner in small groups downtown Iowa City. Caveat: We will define the small groups, to
enable sufficient student mingling.
- Faculty: Dinner at 126.
- All: After dinner activity (trivia?) in MacLean or Schaeffer Hall.

- Why:

To foster a Midwestern computer graphics community,
To share suggestions, discuss ideas, and present early drafts of research papers and presentations,
To improve our chances at SIGGRAPH 2008 and other high quality publication venues.
- How:
- 1) Submit an abstract or partially completed
paper by October 8th.
2) Review papers to give constructive feedback.
3) Attend the workshop.
(Note: Non-presenting attendees are welcome.)
- Cost:
- The workshop is free. This includes the paper talks and, typically, bagels and
beverages for breakfast. Other travel, housing, and food costs are the resonsibility of
attendees.
