Title: Internet Security: Protecting Yourself on the Web

The Internet is pervasive and we depend on online services in many
aspects of lives. However, many challenges and risks remain in the
area of security and privacy. What are these challenges and risks? 
And how do we protect ourselves against them? Websites have a variety 
of security measures, including sometimes mysterious restrictions  
on passwords. Why do we need these restrictions? Are these really 
helping us or can they be hurting us?
