Advanced Placement Credit PolicyComputer Science Test A – Students achieving test scores of 4 or 5 are given 3 s.h. and credit for 22C:016 Computer Science I: Fundamentals. This credit may be applied toward the General Education Program (quantitative or formal reasoning); may satisfy program requirements for the major or minor; or may be used as elective hours. NOTE: Students who take this test and the Computer Science AB test may earn no more than 6 s.h. total from the two tests. Computer Science Test AB - Students achieving test scores of 4 or 5 are given 6 s.h. and credit for 22C:016 Computer Science I: Fundamentals. This credit may be applied toward the General Education Program (quantitative or formal reasoning); may satisfy program requirements for the major or minor; or may be used as elective hours.
