A number of project assignments will be given throughout the half-semester. Each project requires the student to review and summarize relevant topics through paper reading assignment. Use CS knowledge to learn parallel and distributed computing, invest interesting research topics, and develop the basic skills in Grid computing. Students are encouraged to work together as team members. Through the course study, students should learn how to collaborate, how to explore high-end technology, and how to conduct research for future career.
