Purpose:

To practice using Forms.

To Practice using Events.
Assignment:
For this lab you will need to create a new web page.
You will need to have a link from your home page to the first page of assignment 3.
Remember to end your file names in .html.
Page 1:
For this page you should have the following:

The window title should read "Lab 3 Forms and Events".

Your name and Assignment34 should appear at the top of the page.

A link back to your home page.

with your name in it.

labeled with your name on it.

In this part of the lab, you are to create six (6) different types of forms. Using the names of four people (for instance Steve, Ines, Tanmay, and Dan), create the following HTML form types:

Radio Buttons

Check Boxes
-
Selection Box
of size 3 (i.e. a Scrolled Selection Box)

Selection Box
of size 3 (i.e. a Scrolled Multiple Selection Box)

Option Box
of size (i.e. a Selection Box of size 1)

TextArea
Box

Button
labeled name that when clicked, will either
alert
or
confirm
your name to the user.

Button.
When you click on the button, the entry in the text box will appear in an
alert
or a
confirm. Your text box should initially be empty.
What you need to turn in:

You will need to email your ta with your name,
lab section,
and your url address when you have completed the assignment.

You will also have to turn in a paper copy of your html code at the beginning of lab. The paper should have your name and section number on it.
